The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2015 (revoked)
These Regulations specify fees relating to immigration, nationality and associated functions. They are made further to the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 2015, which sets out the functions in connection with immigration and nationality for which the Secretary of State may charge a fee, and the maximum amount that can be charged for each of these functions.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1), (7), (8), (10) and (12), 69(1) and (2), and 74(8)(a), (b) and (d) of the Immigration Act 2014. These Regulations are made pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 2015.
