Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes this Order, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1) to (4), (5)(a) and (6)(a) and 69(2) of the Immigration Act 2014. In accordance with section 74(2)(j) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
