The Humber Bridge Board (Membership) Order 2012 (revoked)
This Order makes changes to the Humber Bridge Board (“the Board”). By this Order, the number of constituent authorities (the local authorities authorised to appoint members to the Board) is altered, firstly by the removal of Lincolnshire County Council as a constituent authority and then by the addition of North East Lincolnshire Council as a constituent authority. This Order also reduces the number of members each constituent authority can appoint to the Board to one. In consequence, this Order also reduces the total number of members of the Board appointed by constituent authorities to four. This Order makes a consequential amendment to the number of members who can convene a special meeting of the Board by reducing it to two.
