These Regulations amend the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/217)
(“the Consequential Provisions Regulations”) and the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/213)
(the “Housing Benefit Regulations”).
