The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Obligations of Hospitality Undertakings) (England) Regulations 2020 (revoked)
These Regulations require certain undertakings in the hospitality industry, to take measures to ensure that their customers follow the rules on social distancing. The Secretary of State must carry out a review of the need for the requirements in these Regulations within the period of six months of their coming into force.
