The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 104(3)(b), (4) and (13)(a), 105(1) and 125(8) of, and paragraph 2(1) and (2) of Schedule 5 and paragraph 2(8) of Schedule 6 to, the Care Act 2014.
