The Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2023
These Regulations amend the Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2022 (S.I. 2022/1378) (“the 2022 Regulations”) to make various changes to the fees fixed or determined by those Regulations.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations, in so far as they are made in exercise of the powers conferred by the 1974 Act, for the purpose of giving effect without modifications to proposals submitted to the Secretary of State by the Health and Safety Executive under section 11(3) of the 1974 Actand by the Office for Nuclear Regulation under section 81(1)(a)(iv) of the Energy Act 2013.
