The Secretary of State, considering that the condition in section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018is met, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1)(a) and (3)(a), 5, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 54(1) and (2) and 62(4) of, and paragraphs 2(b), 4(b), 5, 6(a)(ii) and (b), 10(b), 11, 21 and 27 of Schedule 1 to, that Act.
