The Government of Wales Act 2006 (Increase of Capital Borrowing Limits) Order 2026
This Order amends the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32) to increase the capital borrowing limit set out in section 122A(1) from £1,000 million to £1,100 million.

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 122A(2) of the Government of Wales Act 2006. A draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the House of Commons in accordance with section 122A(4) of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
