The Secretary of Statemakes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1)(c) and (3)(b), 3(1)(a) and (d)(i), 3A, 4, 9(2)(a), 10(2) to (4), 11, 12, 15(2)(a) and (b), (3), (3A), (3B), (4)(b), (5) and (6), 16, 17(2) to (5) and (8), 21(1), 54(1) and (2) and 62(4) and (5) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.
