The Global Combat Air Programme International Government Organisation (Immunities and Privileges) Order 2024
This Order gives effect to the Convention between the Government of the Italian Republic, the Government of Japan and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (“the Parties”) establishing the Global Combat Air Programme International Government Organisation signed on 14 December 2023 (CP 1101) (“the Convention”).

In accordance with section 10(1) of the International Organisations Act 1968, a draft of this Order was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament. Accordingly, His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Him by section 1 of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
