The General Osteopathic Council (Application for Registration and Fees) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2012
This Order amends the General Osteopathic Council (Application for Registration and Fees) Rules Order of Council 2000 by reducing: the “entry fee” payable by an Osteopath paying in instalments when first entered on to the register; the “annual retention fee” payable by an Osteopath in order to remain on the register subsequently; and the “restoration fee” payable by an Osteopath who has never paid a retention fee in order to have an entry restored to the register.

Enabling power
By virtue of sections 35(1) and 36(1) of that Act, such Rules shall not come into force until approved by Order of the Privy Council.
