The Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) (Revocations) Order 2013
This Order revokes three orders which provided for stages in the introduction of competition in the gas supply through pipes at rates not expected to exceed 2,500 therms a year (predominately to domestic premises).

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(2), (6) and (10) of the Gas Act 1995, makes the following Order:
