These Regulations amend the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) Regulations 2017 (“the 2017 Regulations”, S.I. 2017/303) made under the Gambling Act 2005 (“the Act”).

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(2)(g) and (5), 100(2) and (3), 103(2), 104(3) and (4), 250(3)(e) and (8) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005.
