The Gambling (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026
These Regulations amend the Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/3285, as amended) (“the Personal Licence Fees Regulations”) and the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/303, as amended) (“the Operating Licence Fees Regulations”).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(2)(g) and (5), 100(2) and (3), 103(2), 104(3) and (4), 128, 132(2) and (3), 250(3)(e) and (8) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005.
