The Welsh Minister make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them— by section 48(2) of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, and by section 49(3)(e) and (6) of that Act, so far as section 42 of that Act relates to sewerage undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in Wales.
