The Firearms (Variation of Fees) Order 2025
This Order, which extends to England and Wales and Scotland, varies certain fees payable under the Firearms Act 1968 and the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988. The new fee levels are set out below.

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Firearms Act 1968and sections 11(4) and 17(9) of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988.
