The Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (England) Regulations 2024
These Regulations make provision, in relation to England, in relation to animal feed additive authorisations, and in relation to a use of feed for a particular nutritional purpose.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 9(1), 10(5) and 18A(3) of Regulationof the European Parliament and of the Council on additives for use in animal nutritionand sections 74A(1)(a) and (b) of the Agriculture Act 1970. (EC) No 1831/2003 There has been open and transparent public consultation during the preparation and evaluation of Article 9 of Regulationof the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, establishing the European Food Safety Authority and laying down procedures in matters of food safety.
