The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982, section 110(4) of the County Courts Act 1984, paragraph 14(2) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003and sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 2003, after consulting in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
