The Export Control (Syria Sanctions) Order 2013 (revoked)
This Order makes provision for certain trade restrictions against Syria and certain Syrian persons. The prohibitions apply to any person in the United Kingdom and United Kingdom persons, as defined in section 11 of the Export Control Act 2002(c. 28), wherever they are in the world.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, by paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to that Actand by sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002, makes the following Order.
