The European Union Referendum (Counting Officers’ and Regional Counting Officers’ Charges) Regulations 2016
These Regulations set maximum amounts recoverable by counting officers and Regional Counting Officers for their services and expenses in relation to the referendum on whether the United Kingdom should remain a member of the European Union.

The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, with the consent of the Treasury, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 16(1)(b), (4) and (11) of Schedule 3 to the European Union Referendum Act 2015.
