The European Parliamentary Elections (Returning Officer’s Charges) (Northern Ireland) Order 2014 (revoked)
Under regulation 16 of the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2004 the Secretary of State may specify by order the maximum amount that the returning officer for the electoral region of Northern Ireland may recover in respect of charges incurred, in accordance with the provisions of that regulation, at a European Parliamentary election.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 16(1) and (5) of the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2004, makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasury.
