The Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2015

These Regulations amend the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) (Wales) Regulations 2009 (“the”). These Regulations make provision for a purpose mentioned in section 2(2) of, and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to, the 1972 Act. It appears to the Welsh Ministers that, for the purposes of the 2009 Regulations as they have effect as amended by these Regulations, it is expedient for theinstruments referred to in the 2009 Regulations as amended by these Regulations to be construed as references to those instruments as amended from time to time.
