The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2013
These Regulations make amendments to a number of statutory instruments consequential on the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 revoked and replaced the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004.
