The Electricity (Necessary Wayleaves and Felling and Lopping of Trees) (Charges) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

These Regulations amend the Electricity (Necessary Wayleaves and Felling and Lopping of Trees) (Charges) (England and Wales) Regulations 2013 insofar as they specify the fee payable when making a relevant application to the Secretary of State under paragraphs 6(3) or 9(5) of Schedule 4 to the Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29).
