The Electricity and Gas (Standards of Performance) (Suppliers) Regulations 2015
These Regulations set out performance standards which must be met by gas and electricity suppliers (“suppliers”). The Regulations revoke and replace the provisions of the Gas (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005 (“the Principal Regulations”) and the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2015 (“the 2015 Regulations”) which applied to suppliers.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State has consented to the making of these Regulations in accordance with sections 33A(2), 33AA(2) and 33AB(5) of the Gas Act and sections 39(1), 39A(1) and 39B(5) of the Electricity Act.
