The Education (School Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014
The Education (School Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003 (the “2003 Regulations”) set out the requirements which must be satisfied in order to be a qualified teacher for the purposes of section 132 of the Education Act 2002.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 132(1) and (2), 145(1) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002.
