The Education (Pupil Information and School Performance Information) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) Regulations 2013
These Regulations amend the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations”), which relate to the keeping, disclosure and transfer of information about the performance of school pupils. They also amend the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 (“the 2007 Regulations”), which relate to the collection and publication of information about the performance of schools.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 408, 537A and 563 of the Education Act 1996:
