The Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2022

These Regulations bring into force on 15th May 2022 amendments to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29) made by Part 2 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022 (c. 10) in relation to unexplained wealth orders. There is a saving provision in regulation 3.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(1), (4) and (6) of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act 2022.
