This Instrument confirms a Scheme to construct a single span bridge structure over the navigable waters of the Cuckmere River as a replacement for the existing Exceat Bridge carrying the A259 Eastbourne Road in the Parish of Cuckmere Valley and the Parish of Sutton with Seaford in the County of East Sussex.
