The Dunham Bridge (Revision of Tolls) Order 2023
This Order, made in consequence of an application by the Dunham Bridge Company, revises the tolls which the Company may charge for use of the Dunham Bridge and supersedes the toll levels set out in Schedule 2 of the Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994 and the Dunham Bridge (Revision of Tolls) Order 2013.

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954as modified by section 47 of the Dunham Bridge (Amendment) Act 1994, makes the following Order.
