The Developments of National Significance (Specified Criteria and Prescribed Secondary Consents) (Wales) Regulations 2016
These Regulations specify the criteria for development which is of national significance for the purposes of section 62D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (“the 1990 Act”).

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 62D and 62H of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and conferred on the Secretary of State by section 333 of that Actnow exercisable by them, and conferred on them by section 57 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, make the following Regulations:
