The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2024 (revoked)
This Order designates certain primary schools in England as rural primary schools for the purposes of section 15 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”). It also revokes the Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2023.
