The Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2016
This Order brings into force a provision of the Deregulation Act 2015 (“the Act”) that transfers the function of determining certain London street trading appeals under the London Local Authorities Act 1990 and the City of Westminster Act 1999 from the Secretary of State to the Magistrates’ Courts, which hears all other appeals under those Acts.
