The Derbyshire Dales (Electoral Changes) Order 2024
This Order gives effect to a recommendation made by Derbyshire Dales District Council (“the Council”) to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for the related alteration to the boundary between two district wards within the Council’s area.

the Council Under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, Derbyshire Dales District Council (“”) made a recommendation in a review to the Local Government Boundary Commission for Englandfor the related alteration of the boundary between two district wards within the Council’s area. The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has decided to give effect to the recommendation and makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of that Act.
