These Regulations amend the Crossrail (Fees for Requests for Planning Approval) Regulations 2008 (regulation 2) and the Crossrail (Planning Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) Regulations 2008 (regulation 3).

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and the Secretary of State for Transport, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 12 of, and paragraphs 30(1), 30(5), 34 and 35(1) of Schedule 7 to, the Crossrail Act 2008, make the following Regulations:
