The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules under section 69 of the Courts Act 2003and sections 31(1) and (2), 36B(4), 36C(3), 113(1), 118C(4) and 118D(3) of the Extradition Act 2003, after consulting in accordance with section 72(1)(a) of the Courts Act 2003.
