The Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026
These Regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Criminal Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/435). Schedule 1 sets out the graduated, fixed and miscellaneous fees payable to advocates for proceedings in the Crown Court.

The Lord Chancellor makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3) and 41(1)(b), (2)(a) and (3)(c) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
