The Criminal Justice (Electronic Monitoring) (Responsible Person) Order 2017 (revoked)
This Order specifies a person who is employed by Buddi Limited (Company Number 05308826) as a description of person who may be made responsible for the electronic monitoring of persons on bail (article 2) and persons subject to an electronic monitoring requirement imposed as part of a community order or suspended sentence order (article 3).
