The Council Tax (Demand Notices and Reduction Schemes) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2022
These Regulations amend the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/3038) (“the 2011 Regulations”) and the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/2885) (“the 2012 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 113(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 1A and paragraphs 1(1) and 2(4)(e) of Schedule 2 to, the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
