The Control of Noise (Appeals) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2016
These Regulations amend the Control of Noise (Appeals) Regulations 1975 to remove provisions about appeals to the Secretary of State under sections 64 to 67 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, due to the repeal of those sections by Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Deregulation Act 2015. The amendments apply only to England.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 70(2) and (3) and 104(1) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974.
