The Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026
These Regulations amend the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (Ministers) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 (“the 2026 Regulations”) and come into force on 18th February 2026.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(2), 11(1) and (3), 12(1), 15(4)(e) and (f) and (5), and 22 of, and paragraphs 2(1) and (3), 3(1), 6(4)(e) and (f) and (5) of Schedule 1 and paragraph 9 of Schedule 3 to, the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.
