The Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) and Dedicated Highways (Landowner Statements and Declarations) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

These Regulations amend the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) and Dedicated Highways (Landowner Statements and Declarations) (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1774) to remove the requirement on an appropriate authority to post notice of an application to deposit a statement and map, or to lodge a declaration, under section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 (c. 66) in an obvious or conspicuous place on the land to which the application relates.
