The Coasting Schools (England) Regulations 2022
These Regulations make provision in respect of coasting schools. Regulation 3 provides that the regulations do not apply in relation to maintained nursery school.

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 1996and sections 60B(2) and (3) and 181(2)(a) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006.
