The Civil Procedure Rule Committee, having power under section 19(3) of the Senior Courts Act 1981 and section 2 of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 to make rules under section 1 of and Schedule 1 to that 1997 Act, and after fulfilling the requirements of section 2(6) of that Act, makes the following Rules.
