The Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents) (Guernsey) Order 2023
This Order extends to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, with modifications, the Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/321) (“the 2018 Regulations”).

Enabling power
His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Him by sections 75 and 102(2) of, and paragraphs 4 and 6 of Part III of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982, as that Act has effect in the Bailiwick of Guernsey by virtue of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Guernsey) Order 1992, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
