The Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026 (Establishment of Schools) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026
These Regulations make consequential amendments in connection with sections 65 to 69 of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026 (c. 21). Those sections make amendments to the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40) relating to the establishment of schools.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1), (2) and (5) of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026. In accordance with section 73(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
