The Childcare Payments Regulations 2015
These Regulations provide for the administration of childcare accounts and top-up payments made under the Childcare Payments Act 2014 (c. 28) (“the Act”) and for other procedural matters in relation to the childcare payments scheme.

Enabling power
The Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3)(a) and (4), 4(6), 5(3), 15(3), (4) and (5), 17(4), 19(6), 24(1), (3) and (4), 25, 26(1) and (3), 49(6), 62(1), (2), (3) and (5) and 69(3) and (4) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014.
