The Child Poverty Act 2010 (Extension of Publication Deadline) Order 2015
Section 8B(1) of the Child Poverty Act 2010 requires the Social Mobility and Child Poverty Commission (“the Commission”) to publish reports annually before 8th May in each year. This Order, made under section 8B(5) of that Act following a request by the Commission, extends the publication deadline so that the report may be published at any time before 18th December 2015.

Following a request by the Social Mobility and Child Poverty Commission, the Minister of State for Schools makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8B(5) of the Child Poverty Act 2010.
