The Bus Services Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018
These Regulations bring into force section 17 of the Bus Services Act 2017. This section inserts sections 181A to 181D into the Equality Act 2010 (c. 15). These are the only commencement regulations to be made under the Bus Services Act 2017. The remaining provisions of the Act are already in force.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(2) of the Bus Services Act 2017, makes the following Regulations:
